Hot Stone Massage

The use of plastic or silicone cups applied to the skin to create suction. This therapy helps release tension of the fascia and muscle tissues while increasing blood flow to promote the healing of tissues. Cups are used in combination with massage, and is considered a Deep Tissue modality.
